Founded in 2005 by Black Enterprise, premier executive leadership summit for Black women in corporate America, draws senior executives from Fortune 500 companies for high-level programming.
The Black Enterprise Women of Power Summit was launched in 2005 as the premier leadership development conference for Black women executives in corporate America. Held each spring at a luxury resort destination, the four-day summit brings together senior leaders, c-suite executives, board members, and rising professionals from Fortune 500 companies for programming focused on executive leadership, board service, financial empowerment, and personal development. The summit features keynote addresses from major executives, intimate breakout sessions, formal awards programming, and wellness activations. WPS is widely regarded as the most influential gathering of Black women in corporate leadership in the United States.
